"When I moved to Broadstairs I did not know any local kitchen companies and found by chance that Umbermaster's showroom was very near to me. What a lucky day! I found my dream kitchen in their showroom and met Becky who provided a number of plans until we had the perfect layout. Becky was professional, extremely patient and knowledgeable.
This kitchen was the extremely expensive but I was so impressed and trusting that I actually went abroad whilst the fitting took place and returned to be stunned by the fabulous result.
You can always tell how good a company is when things go wrong. There was an error in the height of the built in oven. This was rectified immediately with no fuss. A different company damaged one of the doors and Umbermaster rectified this ordering and supplying a new door again with no fuss.
