"We approached Umbermaster as we had seen a kitchen we liked in Lenleys Canterbury.
We visited both Lenleys and Broadstairs showrooms, both were good although Broadstairs has more on display as it's bigger - so is well worth a visit. There was everything we would want to see for our kitchen planning.
Having visited countless showrooms and kitchen planners and experienced varying levels of service, we found in Umbermaster a good professional kitchen company that could fulfil all our requirements. From our initial contact through to completion we can not fault Umbermaster's service. All deadlines were met and we were at all times kept informed of progress.
Our designer was Becky Bailey. She was extremely helpful and patient and dealt with us in a friendly professional way. Really nothing was too much trouble or not achievable, she expertly managed the project from start to finish. Alan, our kitchen installer, did a great job. He was very courteous and someone who was easy to have working in the house. We had many builders in at that time and he was very flexible and reliable working through the chaos! We had several visits from other Umbermaster staff and on each occasion they were very good.
Our kitchen is now completed and it is just what we wanted. There is nothing we can say we wish we had done differently. It is obviously a large project to undertake and took many months of planning, but it has been so worth it.
